Dog Park Adventure: Blue Skies

Well its been a while since we have been able to make it out to the dog park! Tennessee winter weather is very unpredictable. One day it can be pouring rain and freezing, the next it can be beautiful! I am ready for spring to get here so we can have some more consistent weather. Thankfully today was a great day for the park. And since it was a holiday I was able to load up the car with Axle and Clover and head over to our favorite park for a few hours!
Clover made friends with a sweet Basset Hound
This adorable Bulldog was so cute! How could anyone not love that face!

Play ball!

A wonderfully fluffy Great Pyrenees came to check out the camera.

These two Whippets were beautiful. And so FAST!
 Time for a drink!
We had amazing blue skies today!
 Tag! You're it!

 Kicking up some dust.
I love this picture of Clover! She is so pretty.
This super smart lab was doing all sorts of tricks today! It was amazing to watch, his dad rewarded him with a fun game of fetch!

 Pups on a ledge.
This Spaniel was apparently ready for her close up.

We met a Chow Chow today! He was so fluffy!
We also met a very sweet Poodle today! I loved his pom pom hair cut!

I love that so many different breeds and mixes come to enjoy the park. Its amazing just how many kinds of dogs there are. And all of them are so cute!
 Turbo the Shepard

This sweet girl decided to take a little break.

These two solid white dogs were having so much fun playing in the mud.

We met Siman the Shepard/Husky mix today. After surviving a gun shot wound to the leg, he was rescued by his mom. Its amazing how some dogs can go through such traumatic experiences, but still have the ability and desire to love people. Siman was incredibly sweet and so cute!

Jack the Pointer had treed a squirrel. He was so completely focused he didn't pay any attention to me at all while I took his picture.

Sally the Sheltie

Clover was excited to play with another Husky mix.
 Peek-a-Boo!

Clover hanging out by the water fountain.

Our Lab friend again doing some more tricks!

 Well hello there!

 Clover sittin' pretty!
 Blast Off!

 Harley the Great Dane!
We had such a fun time at the park today. It was great to finally be able to get back out after two weeks of bad weekend weather. Axle and Clover had a great time. And obviously I couldn't take a picture, but both the dogs fell asleep in the car. Haha! We know it was a good day when the dogs are so tired from playing they pass out on he way home.

Did you do anything fun with your dogs this weekend? How do you deal with unpredictable weather? See your dog? Let us know in the comments below so we can put their name with their picture! We love making new friends!
